2019 Nevada Public Health Annual Conference
September 24-25, 2019 | Whitney Peak Hotel | Reno, NV
The statewide NPHA annual conference provides an opportunity for Nevada's public health professionals to gather together to discuss relevant public health issues, as well as a chance to network, meet, and stay connected with other professionals in Nevada. Continuing education credits are also available for several public health disciplines. The location of the NPHA annual conference alternates yearly between northern and southern Nevada, providing greater accessibility to participants.
The Nevada Public Health Association is now accepting abstracts for concurrent (breakout) presentations as well as our popular annual poster session. Abstracts are due no later than June 14, 2019. Abstracts must be submitted online. Please visit the abstract submission page for more information.
Health care providers, clinicians, educators, epidemiologists and other researchers, administrators and program staff, and students representing all sectors of the public health system, including government, academia, non-profit organizations, and private business.
We are currently in the process of contacting organizations and exhibitors for support. Your support will raise your visibility and allow us to keep conference registration costs low, encouraging the participation of students and others with limited funds for conferences and travel.
