Exhibits will begin on Tuesday, September 24th. We expect approximately 140 public health professionals to attend this year’s conference. Below are instructions to help you prepare for exhibiting at the conference. The set-up time for exhibits will be from 7:30 am – 8:30 am on Tuesday, September 24th.

Please do not ship items to arrive before 9/20/19. The hotel will not store packages that arrive earlier. Please be advised that there is a handling and delivery fee of $5.00 for each box shipped to the hotel.
If you require assistance with transporting boxes or exhibit items to the meeting space, please see the bell service which is available at the hotel registration entrance located on Commercial Row. Please check-in with the conference registration staff to receive your table assignment.
Peak exhibit times are during the breaks and lunches. You may break down your display after the lunch on Wednesday.
Complimentary parking is available in the Whitney Peak parking garage, which is located kitty-corner to the hotel on the corner of Virginia and Plaza streets (50 E. Plaza St.) Please note that due to preparations for the Street Vibrations event downtown Virginia Street may be closed. The parking garage may be accessed via Center Street.
