The final agenda for this year's conference is set! A very special thanks to the planning committee for their hard work- it will be a very exciting conference once again- you won't want to miss it. This year the conference will be held at the Alexis Park Hotel, not far from the UNLV campus in Las Vegas. Mark your calendar and plan on attending on October 2 & 3. This year's theme will be: Who Will Keep the Public Healthy in Nevada?

Registration Fees and Information
Registration fees include 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and handout materials. Fees are as follows:
$ 150 Current NPHA Member
$ 175 New or Renewing NPHA Member (includes one year of NPHA membership)
$ 75 Students (includes one year of NPHA membership)

Location and Accomodations
This year’s conference will be held at the Alexis Park Resort, which is located at 375 East Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas. A limited number of rooms are available to conference attendees at a special rate of $129 per night plus applicable tax and surcharges. For reservations, call (800) 582-2228 by September 1, 2008 and ask for group block “NPHA.”

Call for Abstracts- CLOSED
This year's call for abstracts is now closed, the submission deadline was August 1. If you submitted an abstract for poster or concurrent session, you will be notified of acceptance by August 15. Just a reminder that all presenter participants must become members of NPHA and register for the conference.
